The best
All I can say is that this vac has outlasted every vac I have ever owned. It was used in my house for years and when we decided to buy a new vac the Sensor got moved out to the garage for car work. I used it there for years and of course being badly abused. We ended up after 2 NEW vacs later to bring it back inside the house where it has eaten the other NEW vacs for breakfast. They broke so now they live in the garage working on cars. All joking aside .... one of those items where you get what you pay for. Great vacuum
This vacuum really sucks in a good way! By far the best vacuum we have ever owned. It easily keeps up with a big furry dog in the NW where fir needles are everywhere. A friend, also a school custodian, recommended it to us--it's the same model used by the local school districts. The vacuum cleans really well and has easy to use hand tools. We prefer it by far to our previous Oreck, Kirby and Miele vacuums. Not cheap, but definitely worth the price.

Why I like my Windsor Vacuum
Well, it's slim design, not heavy, really long cord, not noisey motor, does FANTABULOUS JOB, and I feel like using it several times a week is keeping my carpet cleaner than I my previous routine of times used per week; like it a lot.
