I Love it!
I use this vacuum for 23 years and glad that i found this product!
My kids and I are allergic to dust and this is excellent to clean the house. We feel great and breath clean air in the house.
Never will change it to other!
Unbelievable
OK, I've owned Hoovers, Eurekas, Electrolux and Kirby and I thought they were really great vacs. A friend mentioned the Rainbow to me because he knew I was moving to a new house and needed a new vac and he and his wife LOVE their Rainbow. He said it used water to "collect" the dust and dirt instead of going into a bag, and because it went into water, none of the particles were thrown back into the air. So, I had the Rainbow rep come to the house. I was completely blown away. No bags. No dust. Not heavy. Really long cord. I bought one. I first vac'd the family room, which I had just vac'd the day before. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE FILTHY WATER after I vac'd the family room. I couldn't SEE any dog hair on the carpet, but the water container was filled with dirty water and this little "rug" of dog hair. I almost threw up when I dumped it into the toilet. Today I vac'd the living room and hallway, which I had vac'd with the Rainbow yesterday after purchasing the machine. Again, filthy water...

Performed well, was in great shape with the exception of a broken waterpan latch. Latch was only about $10.00 and wasn't very hard to install.
