Ideaworks Robo Sweeper, Black/Silver

Eats Up Batteries While Leaving Dirt
This cheapo sweeper pushes some dirt around and moves in little circles like a toy. It doesn't vacuum and the microfiber cloth it comes with gets dirty really fast. The so-called "sensor" is a joke - it got stuck under the living room couch twice and over a slightly raised bump in the floor. After a so-called "cleaning", I still had to sweep because it failed to pick up a lot of pet hair.

It eats up 4 AA batteries as quickly as if it was a digital camera. It's yet another wasteful gadget in which buying batteries will end up costing you more than the item itself! A waste of money. No wonder the real robot vacuums cost $100 or more.

Gets stuck after only a few seconds on a perfectly flat floor.
This little thing is very sad indeed. We have wood and tile floors in our main house and perfectly flat clip together floor in the guesthouse. This wouldn't work at all on the wood or tile - even the little grout edges were too much for it and the spaces between the planks of wood were also. We took it over to the other house and it lasted less than a minute before quitting at a wall which was only the second one it bumped into. We thought it might be the batteries, thinking we got a bad batch - no, no matter what batteries you put in it, it fails. It's not much good as a doorstop either, too light.

save your money
does not work well enough to even be worth the trouble of placing a swifter on. I did not get what i paid for, thought I would check out an inexpensive modle and if indicated would buy up. The broom is better and easier.
