I have used this product and others of its line quite a lot. We've had puppies and kittens both not be able to hold their water...and this product though for wine has helped those spots. I recently heard that the wine stain eater is very similar to the one for urine pickup. I don't know for sure about that, but the stains, be they wine, I accidentally knocked over a full glass of red wine onto carpet, or other household stains, this product has worked well. In the case of red wine on carpet, we followed directions. Blotted, use product, leave, come back and check. Since this was a deep stain, we applied it a couple of times, perhaps a tad more, but it did come clean. I was really pleased. Buy it, you won't be sorry, it works great.
